A reversible design is one that has two finished usable sides and each side has a distinct color/pattern from the other side, and is wearable with either side out.

This way, you have 2 looks in 1! Do more with less.

The majority of our designs are reversible which you can see here, and some others are convertible which we will explain in next question.

A convertible design is designed to change from one silhouette to another.

It can be reversible but not necessarily. A convertible design changes form by attaching/detaching or decomposing/reconstructing part of the design, or simply rearranging how the design is worn on body with a versatile changeable silhouette.

A convertible design can be worn at least 2 ways, and some of of our designs can be worn 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 ways!

Reversible design requires a higher standard of workmanship than non-reversible designs since every part of the garment is now visible (there is no inside/hidden side), hence it needs to be finished neatly everywhere for a clean finished look.

This involves more steps in the garment finishing process, more diligence and better handling to ensure every part of the garment will look perfect.

This also means that a reversible design is better finished, lasts longer and is a quality investment piece that you can rely on for many years.

Through trial and error, we have perfected our finishes for reversible garments over the years. We offer sweater knitwear more as they have many advantages over woven products.

1. Knitwear garments stretch and are a lot more comfortable to wear. They give and won't limit your movement/activities as woven garments do.

2. Sweater knitwear has minimal waste, as it is made with single yarns knitted into shapes then joined together as a whole garment. This way the material usage is highly efficient at close to 100%, while for wovens this can never be achieved as there are always chucks of fabric scraps cut away to follow the garment shape.

3. Sweater knits are wrinkle free mostly and easy to maintain/pack. Check out our article on how to easily care for your sweaters, and how easy and comfortable it is to wear/pack knitwear on your trips.

For above reasons, woven designs only look great and feel great when you are mostly standing, but if you are sitting, moving, stretching, or traveling a lot, then knitwear designs are the right answer. You will look AND feel great in sweater knitwear wherever you are and whatever you do.

Yes, to a certain extend. You normally will need to wash your clothes once it gets stained or has odor after certain wear.

The advantage with reversible clothing is that, if one side is only slightly stained, you can reverse to wear the other side. After certain wear it will be stained on both sides and/or have odor then you need to wash it as for other clothing.

So with reversible clothing, you do wash/launder 20-30% less than you would with regular clothing.

Yes we only select the finest materials to ensure the uttermost comfort next to skin. For the majority of our designs we use natural fiber such as silk, cotton, linen, merino wool, or cashmere. We use synthetic fiber only when it is absolutely necessary to achieve a certain texture/look of the design.

The simple answer is, reversible convertible designs help you save time, money, space and energy. And they are also great for the environment.

Save time - you have more looks in 1 design, it reduces the needs and time spent on buying more clothing to look great without repeating the outfits. It also saves the time spent every morning think about what to wear.

Save money - you buy less and better now, so you save money.

Save space - your closet and luggage will thank you. They won't be so packed and crowded anymore. As now you have quite a few Swiss army knife like designs to wear and do the job!

Save energy - energy is saved on maintaining, carrying, storing and disposing garments as now you have much less. Mental energy is also saved to think about what to wear for different occasions.

Last but not the least, since you consume a lot less clothing now, you are also helping to save the environment. Less clothing is needed to be produced; energy and resource is saved for where it is needed more than producing clothes.

Orders with items marked with an Estimated Ship Date will all ship at the same time with the selected shipping method.

We process all orders 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays:

If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order to be replaced. Please notify us by email at info@jiacollection and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.

We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible. Jia Collection will determine the best resolution and may ask to see a product in person before making a decision. Please note that Jia Collection is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining or dye fading.

We offer free ground shipping via FedEx for orders over $125 shipping to the contiguous US. For orders under $125, shipping is $5. Please allow 2-6 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from the New York City Area.

We also offer the option for expedited shipping for $25 for 2-day express shipping and $35 for standard overnight shipping via FedEx.

We do not ship with signature required.

For group shipping packages, please allow 2-6 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from the New York City Area.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you are interested in receiving your order in a different location, you can use a service such as www.usgobuy.com. This will allow you to create your own US address with which you can order through our website. Please note that we are not affiliated with any such shipping services. Orders shipped to any destination other than the continental US are final sale and exempt from returns.

Import duties and taxes will be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout. If DDU (delivery duty unpaid) is an option for your country, it will display this with your available shipping options at the time of checkout. If you select a DDU service, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes to the carrier upon arrival of your package.

If your package has not arrived on the desired delivery date, please contact FedEx to open a trace ID number. Once you have a trace ID number, please contact us at [email protected] with the trace information. We will follow-up with you within 2-3 business days with updates and next steps. In addition, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. It can take up to two weeks to replace lost merchandise while we investigate with FedEx. Jia Collection is not responsible for lost packages reported more than 2 weeks past the delivery date.

With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items).

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are covered by www.Jiacollection.us.

At this time, Jia Collection only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses. Return shipping cost will be covered by us for orders with value of more than $125. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund credit.

With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items).

International customers are required to arrange shipping themselves on return orders sent from outside the United States through their own preferred courier service.

To return product, you must first contact Jia Collection Customer Service by email at [email protected] to request to be sent a return shipping label.

The label authorizes a return via Federal Express to our warehouse. If there is any defect or error with the product, there will be no cost to you to perform your return. All return shipping charges are covered by the Jia Collection for all US orders of value of more than $125, when utilizing the approved return shipping label.

Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized Federal Express location or drop box.

With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items). Shipping and handling charges for exchanged merchandise covered by www.Jiacollection.us. At this time, Jia Collection only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses.

If you would like a different size or product, please initiate a Return by emailing us at [email protected]. You will receive a prepaid return label from us to ship back your unwanted product. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that the credit is in your account. You can then place an order for the desired item. Alternatively, please place a new order and return the product that you no longer need.

International customers are required to arrange shipping themselves on exchanges being sent from outside the United States through their own preferred courier service.
